March 1, 2023 – American Canyon, California. WineDirect is pleased to announce that Jeff Carroll has joined the company as Vice President of Partnership and Compliance. Jeff has nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience in the beverage alcohol space, including well-known companies such as ShipCompliant and Compli, where he designed and brought to market tools for both industry members and state government agencies. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Beverage Alcohol at Avalara, where he led the overall strategy and growth of the business unit. Jeff also serves on the board of directors of Free the Grapes!, a national coalition focused on expanding direct-to-consumer wine purchasing by repealing prohibition and simplifying regulations across the United States.
Jeff's responsibilities will include leading the development of our integrated partner network and ensuring these important relationships are valuable to WineDirect's clients and partners. He will also leverage his extensive regulatory experience to ensure WineDirect's clients have the compliance tools they need to succeed in this highly regulated industry.
