Celebrity divorces are often messy, but few high-profile divorces are as tumultuous as those over child support.
The latest figure in the spotlight is Kevin Costner, who was ordered in July 2023 to pay his soon-to-be ex-wife a six-figure sum each month until their divorce proceedings in November 2023. This enormous amount could be reduced in court, made permanent, or even increased, depending on what the judge deems appropriate in the circumstances.

on the other hand, Yellowstone Actor Josh Brown, along with Alex Rodriguez and Kanye West, pays well over $100,000 a month in child support, but several celebrity parents pay monthly installments equivalent to the average American's annual salary under child support agreements. It's hard to believe that these kids born into households of fame would need tens of thousands of dollars a month to survive, but unfortunately, that appears to be the case.

Aimee Udoka and ex-wife Nia Long reached a custody agreement for their son, Kez, in January 2024, two years after their initial split. The NBA coach must pay the actress $32,000 a month in child support, and will also cover travel expenses (including a nanny) for Kez to visit him during basketball season.
The former couple share joint custody, but Long will have sole custody and Udoka will be allowed “reasonable visitation” due to his work commitments.
“In the event the parties cannot agree on visitation between Udoka and Kez, they will consult with and work collaboratively with Kez's treating therapist to encourage visitation with Udoka, and the therapist will inform the parties of what is in Kez's best interest.”

Al Pacino

Al Pacino welcomed a son with his then-girlfriend Noor Al Falah in June 2023 at the age of 83. There are mixed reports about whether the two are still together, but a custody agreement was finalized in November 2023.
According to TMZ, Alfara has primary custody, and Pacino has visitation rights. Pacino pays $110,000 up front and $30,000 monthly in child support, puts aside $15,000 a year for education, and is responsible for any medical expenses not covered by insurance. He also pays $13,000 a month for a night nurse.

Halle Berry

According to a report from People magazine, actress Halle Berry is paying Olivier Martinez $8,000 a month to support their son, Maceo. She has also agreed to pay him 4.3% of her income, which exceeds $2 million, and cover the cost of Maceo's private school tuition, uniforms, equipment and extracurricular activities.
