Television personality and entrepreneur Kendall Jenner's 818 RTD brand has taken the top spot in a new survey of the most popular celebrity alcohol brands.
The QR Code Generator study assessed Google search information and Instagram follower counts for 150 well-known brands and created an overall score for both datasets.
The study looked at the average monthly searches for each brand, including data on both the alcoholic beverage brand name (e.g., “Casamigos Tequila”) and the celebrity name associated with the alcoholic beverage product (e.g., “George Clooney Tequila”).
We combined this with Instagram followers and applied equal weighting to both criteria to create a total index score out of 100 points.

Jenner's brand topped the list with an index of 95.4, followed by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson's Teremana Tequila as the second most popular celebrity alcohol brand with a score of 94.8.
It was followed by actors Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder's 'Brothers Bond Bourbon', which received 92.9 points.
Celebrity alcohol brands have grown significantly over the past decade, most notably Aviation Gin, which he co-owns with Ryan Reynolds and was sold to Diageo for $610 million in 2020.
According to the data, Jenner's 818 Tequila score was derived from the brand's 1.2 million Instagram followers and an average of 76,150 monthly Google searches in the U.S. alone.
Rock
The Rock's “Teremana Tequila” received an index score of 94.8 out of 100 and is generated by an audience of 780,000 Instagram followers, generating an average of 107,092 monthly searches worldwide.
The wrestler and actor launched his own brand in early 2020 and has seen great success despite COVID-19-related challenges: According to Forbes, the brand is now the fastest-growing tequila of all time, selling more than 1 million cases per year.
3rd place goes to the vampire diaries The film “Brothers Bond Bourbon,” starring actors Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, received an index score of 92.9 out of 100.
George Clooney's Casamigos Tequila followed in fourth place with an index of 90.5 out of 100.
Rounding out the top five is actor Ryan Reynolds' “Aviation Gin,” which received an index score of 84.8 out of 100, with 345,000 Instagram followers and an average monthly search of 26,808 nationwide.
