The 2024 Paris Olympics are off to a strong start. Just days into the season, we've already seen a star-studded pre-season celebration, an emotional opening ceremony (Gaga! Celine!), and incredible displays of athleticism from top athletes like Simone Biles. The event also featured an A-list lineup that included Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Tom Cruise, and Michelle Yeoh.
On the weekend, Evil Co-stars Grande and Erivo looked stylish at both the opening ceremony and the qualifying rounds of the gymnastics competition, both continuing their embrace of method dressing and wearing shades of Elphaba green and Glinda pink in honor of the upcoming film (Grande chose a pink Thom Browne dress for the opening ceremony, while Erivo opted for an emerald green Louis Vuitton gown).
Other spectators at the opening day of gymnastics included Jessica Chastain, who watched Biles make history on the mat, Tom Cruise, Nina Dobrev, and Lady Gaga, who had just delivered a stunning Opening Ceremony performance (wearing Dior couture, of all things). Of course, equally powerful at the Opening Ceremony was Celine Dion, who gave her first live performance since announcing her diagnosis with Stiff Person Syndrome.
Before the competition even began, dozens of fashionable celebrities attended the 2024 Olympic Games eve festivities, including LeBron James, Pharrell, Jeremy Allen White, Rosalia, Charlize Theron, Tyra and Serena Williams.
