General Manager William Cafarella recently spoke about his success in the car sales industry.
William Cafarella has over 19 years of experience in dealership management. His years of experience and impeccable business acumen have seen him run America's largest Honda dealership as well as many other major dealerships across the country, and he recently spoke about his accomplishments and what got him to the top.
Not only does he run the largest Honda dealership in America, William Caffarella ran the second largest Toyota dealership and the number one Volkswagen dealership. And today, it is the largest Nissan dealer in the country. William Cafarella helped Boch Honda become the largest Honda dealer in the country from 2005-2010. In August 2007, the dealership set a record by selling 1,119 Honda vehicles in a single month. The dealership sold over 10,894 new and used vehicles, the highest number of sales in Boch Honda's history and a national record.
“I run my dealership on a proven system with multiple processes,” William Caffarella said. “The goal is always to build a brighter future for my dealership through increased sales volume and net profits.”
William Cafarella said he has received Honda's President's Award multiple times. He has received numerous awards, including the Volkswagen Diamond Pin Award. Every store that William Caffarella has worked for has achieved the highest Dealer Service Index records in their market. Many stores have exceeded the factory's projected requirements based on factory records by as much as 300 percent. It is no surprise that William Caffarella is a desirable employee for any car dealership.
