Ewing-based mortgage subservicer Senlar FSB announced Monday that Ingrid Jaschok has been named senior vice president of default operations.

In his new role, Mr. Jaschok will oversee all business segments within Default's service portfolio, including early-stage and late-stage Default. In addition to these duties, he develops and executes strategies to improve the homeowner experience and ensure goals are met while meeting investor, regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Jaschok has more than 25 years of experience in call center operations, loan management, mortgage repayment, loss mitigation, bank and non-bank financial institution management, regulatory and compliance oversight.
Prior to joining Cenlar, Mr. Jaschok served as Senior Director of Default Processing and Senior Vice President of Default Processing at Flagstar Bank. She is also Senior Vice President of Vulnerability Management at Citibank, where she supported the team in launching vulnerability remediation in the global technology space. Prior to joining Citibank, Jaschok served as executive vice president of online auction operations at Auction.com, where she managed everything from merchandising to transaction services processing. Mr. Jashok also held leadership roles at both Freedom Mortgage and Mr. Cooper.
