The three-day wine, food and education event continues to raise vital funds and awareness for the Alzheimer's Society.
Yountville, Calif. (March 6, 2024) – K. LAZ WINE COLLECTION founder and owner and wine industry professional Kerrin Laz today announced the fifth annual Inspire Napa Valley fundraiser will take place May 3-5. Held in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association in the heart of Napa Valley, the three-day event will bring together wine lovers and industry leaders to raise funds and awareness to advance Alzheimer's and dementia research and enhance care and support services for affected families. Since 2017, Inspire Napa Valley events have raised more than $6 million for the Alzheimer's Association's care, support and research programs.

Along with honorary committee members including Food & Wine Editor-in-Chief Ray Ayler, Vinos Founder Antonio Galloni and Bettina Bryant, Owner of Bryant Wines, La's and Inspire Napa Valley will provide guests with a unique opportunity to interact with some of Napa Valley's top vintners and winemakers. A list of events for the weekend includes:
- Friday, May 3: The weekend is great VIP Welcome Dinner Pair it with wines from some of Napa Valley's most respected wineries.
- Saturday, May 4th (morning): On the weekend VIP Alzheimer's Research Update and Wine Seminar Held at Round Pond Estate, the event will feature an update on Alzheimer's research from Dr. Maria Carrillo, Chief Scientific Officer of the Alzheimer's Association, followed by a distinguished panel of speakers discussing a compelling lineup of wines carefully selected for a sit-down wine tasting seminar.
- May 4th (Sat) Evening: of Main Event The event begins with a wine tasting walk through Beaulieu Gardens, featuring 30 of California's finest wineries and culinary performances from Napa's top chefs, followed by a sit-down dinner and concluding the evening with a signature live auction and paddle raises by Inspire Napa Valley.
- May 5 (Sunday) The weekend wraps up VIP farewell brunch Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc + Addendum will serve fried chicken and waffles, as well as drinks from the restaurant's signature Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar.
More than six million people in the United States have Alzheimer's, including more than 690,000 in California alone who are over the age of 65. Additionally, more than 11 million people are Alzheimer's caregivers, including more than 1.3 million Californians who provide unpaid care for loved ones with the disease, which remains incurable.
