ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A rematch between current President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump may seem inevitable, but the nation is still wondering about Georgia's primary election on Tuesday. I want votes.
“They need to see the raw numbers, and they need to show enthusiasm and support at the voter level. So it's still important,” said political strategist Brian Robinson.
More than 413,000 people voted early in the primary election, according to the Georgia Secretary of State's website. Nearly 30,000 people turned out to vote in Cobb County.

Cobb County Elections Director Tate Fall said Tuesday was like a rehearsal for November for officials and voters.
For Tuesday, Fall said voters will need to go to their designated polling place and bring a photo ID.
In the fall, they announced that polling places would be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

“There shouldn't be any wait times, unless you're waiting out the door at 7 a.m. to be first in line,” Fall said. “There might be a couple others, but overall it should be quiet,” Fall said.
CBS' deputy director of elections and data analysis predicts that Trump will officially win the Republican nomination, along with Georgia's delegates in the primary.
