The double eviction was announced on Friday night (March 15) after Mr Levi and Mr Ekinsoo, along with Fern Britton, David Potts and Louis Walsh, went to public vote.
Presenters AJ Odudu and Will Best, broadcasting live from their homes, confirmed that almost one million votes had been cast for the eviction.

Ekins received four in-person nominations from her housemates on Thursday, while Levi received two votes.
“My experience there was the best experience of my life. It was like a completely different world there. I made friends, faced different challenges, and had to nominate. It’s tough,” Eakin Su said. Late & Live.
“Everyone there is so kind, so beautiful. I wish them all the best.”
of love island The star also spoke about her frustration with the housemates' preconceptions regarding her appearance on the dating reality show.

“I knew what people thought about me, but love island. That's how they know me, they don't know me by anything else, and that's okay. It’s like self-defense,” she explained.
Levi also talked about his experience on the spin-off show, saying, “I feel great. I missed my family so much. It's the best situation I've ever been in.”
On tonight's episode, the housemates took part in a series of podcasts to discuss a variety of topics including relationships, generation gaps, and the power of women.
