AUSTIN (KXAN) — President Joe Biden won the Texas Democratic presidential primary on March 5th, easily defeating the other seven candidates on the ballot.
Mr. Biden received more than 80% of all votes cast in Texas, and won majorities in every county in Texas except one in Loving County, West Texas. Marianne Williamson came a distant second with around 4% of the vote.
Biden's final margin of victory was more than 787,000 votes.
KXAN mapped precinct-level results for counties across the state to get a better picture of how Texans voted.
Currently, district-level results are available for 105 of Texas' 254 counties. The map below will be updated as additional data becomes available.

We currently have results data for 6,957 school districts across Texas. Of these, he received at least one vote in 6,510 precincts.
Biden received the most votes in 6,433 precincts. Armando Pérez-Cerrato won in 13 precincts and Marianne Williamson won in seven. Various other candidates won in his other 15 constituencies. There were ties in a total of 42 constituencies.
Biden received 100% of the vote in 360 precincts and at least 90% in 1,771 additional precincts. His support was weakest in counties with large Hispanic populations, primarily along the border.
Of the 35 districts won by candidates other than Biden, seven were in Dallas County, four were in Hidalgo County, and three were each in Harris and Tarrant counties.
