Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce will host the game show “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?,” Amazon announced Tuesday.
The 20-episode show is a spinoff of the popular game show “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” It will premiere on Prime Video.
“I grew up loving game shows, so I'm excited to follow in the footsteps of so many television icons by hosting my first show on Are You Smarter than Celebrities?” Kelce said in a news release. “The original show has been a huge success, so bringing a new format that features everyone's favorite celebrities on screen will definitely be interesting. I'm very happy to be on the hosting side of the equation here. I look forward to seeing how these famous faces continue,” Kelce said.

Kelsey's show follows the original premise, featuring adult contestants who rely on a group of fifth graders to help them answer 11 questions on a variety of subjects in order to win a $100,000 prize. “Are you smarter than celebrities?'' Use celebrities instead of fifth graders.
Kelce, 34, and the Kansas City Chiefs just won their second straight Super Bowl in February. The eight-time Pro Bowler and four-time NFL All-Pro has been on the rise since last season thanks to his relationship with pop superstar Taylor Swift and the podcast “New Heights,” which he co-hosts with his now-retired brother. It became a well-known name. The Philadelphia Eagles are great, Jason Kelce.
