Travis Kelce has landed his first television hosting role, hosting the game show “Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity?”

The Prime Video production is a spin-off of the popular American game show Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?, which first aired on Fox in 2007 and was hosted by American comedian Jeff Foxworthy.
It was later revived in 2019 by Nickelodeon, led by action star John Cena, and a board game and book were also published.
In the UK, the show was remade as Are You Smarter Than A 10 Year Old? starring Noel Edmonds and later Dick and Dom.
In the new spin-off of Kelsey's show, adult contestants are given 11 entry-level questions that they can ask and answer from a classroom of different celebrities.
The final question is from the Year 6 curriculum and is worth $100,000 (£80,000). She is the only celebrity who can discuss the answer to the final question with the contestants.
Filming for the 20-episode series has already finished.

“The ultimate clown”
Kelce said in a statement that he grew up watching game shows and is “excited to follow in the footsteps of so many television icons.”
He continued: “The original show has been a huge success, so bringing a new format to the screen featuring everyone's favorite celebrities is definitely going to be interesting.”
“I’m thrilled to be the host side of the equation here and look forward to seeing how these famous faces continue.”
Barry Poznick, co-creator of the original series, called Kelsey “the ultimate class clown” and said, “Replacing the kids with celebrities makes it feel more like a roast, as the contestants trick their famous classmates.” You'll get a lot of laughs and surprises,” he added.
Earlier this month, Kelce received her degree from the University of Cincinnati, 12 years after completing her course.
He completed the remaining credit hours in 2022 to earn a degree in interdisciplinary studies, according to the Cincinnati Inquirer.

Are you smarter than celebrities? This isn't Kelce's first TV appearance. He appeared on his own dating competition show, E!, in 2016. Last year, she hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live called “Catching Kelce.”
He is also the producer of the upcoming documentary King Pleasure about American artist Jean-Michel Basquiat.
