According to research by Public Desire, DJ Khaled has the world's largest shoe collection with over 10,000 pairs of sneakers. His kicks are worth over $8 million, which is 10 percent of his net worth. It makes up the largest portion of this list.
Mark “Mayor” Farese, 3,600 pairs worth $1 million
Entrepreneur and longtime sneaker enthusiast Mark “Mayer” Fares is a brand ambassador for Nike and Sneaker Con and boasts the second-largest shoe collection at 3,600 pairs of sneakers. He owns one of his rarest pairs of Air Jordans, his Undefeated x Jordan IV, which is valued at about $25,000. Mr. Farese's shoe collection accounts for 6.25% of his net worth of $16 million.
Jordan Geller, 2,800 pairs, worth $100 million
Another famous sneakerhead, Jordan Geller, ranks third in terms of sales volume but first in the world in terms of value. His collection of 2,388 pairs of sneakers is worth a whopping $100 million, a quarter of his net worth. From 2010 to his 2012, he displayed an impressive collection of rare kicks in a museum called his ShoeZeum, but has since sold and auctioned many of them.
