Deion Sanders was the hot new head coach at the University of Colorado in 2023 and drew media hype and attention with wins in his first three games. Naturally, he started trending and everyone suddenly became a fan in their prime out of nowhere, including some celebrities who would end up gracing Buffs games with their presence. But things went downhill pretty quickly.
The Colorado Buffaloes went 4-8 last season, which wasn't an impressive first season to be proud of. However, despite the harsh comments and criticism, Prime continued to encourage himself and his players. The 2024 season looked promising until coach Deon Sanders lost more than 40 players due to mass departures from the spring portal. And the sad reality is that the people who drank and dined with Colorado are nowhere to be found.

DJ Breathe One, one of Deion Sanders' biggest supporters, took to his social platform to criticize the celebrity endorser. YouTube Channel Isumok Hip Hop Livehe said to the celebrities who were behind Coach Prime but have disappeared now that the Colorado fires are being extinguished.Stay there until 2024. We don't really need you. I know Dion can't say it, so I'll say it for him.… It's all fake…I'll be riding with my coach and I'll be his spokesperson.”, said DJ Breath One, while condemning most of the false celebrity endorsements.Every good university needs some famous people to support them. Expectations aside, Deion Sanders is set for a big season in 2024 and the Buffs will return to the Big 12 after 14 years in the Pac-12. He still has Shedul Sanders, Travis Hunter, Shiloh Sanders and several other elite players on the roster, giving Colorado fans hope on the field. The season kicks off with a game against the powerhouse North Dakota State Bisons at Folsom Field on August 29th, followed by a head-to-head matchup with the Nebraska Cornhuskers on September 7th.
