President Trump's presidential revenge strategy becomes clearer
To be fair, most of the actions of Republicans these days, especially at the House and state level, can be interpreted as acts of revenge, since most Republicans feel that Trump was wronged by the “deep state” and the Democrats, and believe the multiple investigations and two impeachments are somehow proof of that.
But Trump has made no secret of his very personal desire for revenge.

Hush money judge warns lawyers about fraudulent comments about rulings on court Facebook page
Judge Juan Marchand, who is presiding over Donald Trump's hush money trial in Manhattan, notified the parties in the former president's case that fraudulent comments had been posted on the New York court's Facebook page on May 29, the day before Trump's guilty verdict.
“My cousin is on the jury and she says Trump will be found guilty. Let's celebrate 🎉 Good work everyone!!!! ❤️,” wrote a comment from a user named Michael Anderson, whose profile describes him as a “professional shitposter.”
Judge Marchan wrote: “This comment, now dated to be a week old, was in response to UCS's routine notice of oral argument in the Fourth Appellate Division, which was posted on May 29, 2924 and is unrelated to this case.”
Joyce Alleyne, a former federal prosecutor and NBC News contributor, said of X: “It would be wise for the judge to advise the parties and hold a hearing to resolve this matter based on the record. If this post is a frivolous post, the record will be clear (his bio says “professional shitposter”). If there are facts, it's good to get them out there and do justice.”
She continues, “Why is a clear record important? Because Trump will raise this on appeal and seek to have the verdict overturned. Both sides are now aware of the issue and have had an opportunity to present all the details and facts, so if there are no issues with this, it will have no impact on the appeal.”

New poll shows Florida remains ahead of Trump, but Biden could win
While Donald Trump continues to lead the polls in Florida, a state he won in both 2016 and 2020 and resided in before leaving the White House, a new Fox News poll is beginning to show a ray of hope in the state for Joe Biden.
In 2020, Trump won Florida by about 3.5 percentage points, and today the poll has Trump at 50% and Biden at 46%, roughly the same but within the margin of error.
What's interesting is that a majority of Floridians believe Trump received a fair trial in the New York hush money lawsuit, although 64% believe it will have no or very little impact on their vote, which pollsters believe could boost Biden's vote share by one percentage point.
What makes the poll interesting are the state constitutional ballot propositions coming up in November, one that would establish abortion rights and another that would legalize recreational marijuana, with two-thirds of voters saying they would vote “yes” on each.
Those who support the amendment favor Biden by a 9 percentage point margin on marijuana and a 23 percentage point margin on abortion rights.
Will these state issues drive people to the polls, as abortion rights referendums have done in California, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Ohio and Vermont?
