Former President Donald Trump will visit Southern California on Friday for his first major campaign fundraiser of the weekend.
Trump is scheduled to hold an event in Beverly Hills on Friday night, then attend a second event in Newport Beach on Saturday night.
Tickets to the private fundraiser in Beverly Hills start at $5,000, a photo op with Trump is $40,000, a seat at a round table is $100,000 and it costs $250,000 to host the event.
The Republican presidential candidate was convicted of 34 felony counts on May 30 and announced that his campaign had raised more than $34 million the day after his conviction.
On Thursday, Trump hosted an event in San Francisco hosted by venture capitalist and former PayPal executive David Sachs and his wife, Jacqueline Sachs, and venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya, at which he reportedly raised about $12 million.
Trump is scheduled to attend an event in Newport Beach on Saturday, hosted by health insurance company co-founder John Ward. Tickets for the event range from $3,300 to $100,000 per person.
The visit will be President Trump's first to Southern California since the 2023 Anaheim Republican Convention in September.
Trump is scheduled to be sentenced on July 11, just days before he is scheduled to be formally announced as the GOP's presidential nominee at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
President Joe Biden is set to visit Southern California next weekend for a major fundraiser at the Peacock Theatre in downtown Los Angeles that will also feature celebrities such as former President Barack Obama, George Clooney and Julia Roberts.
