Former President Donald Trump arrived in Newport Beach on Saturday for his first major campaign fundraiser in Southern California.
Trump was in Orange County after hosting a fundraiser at the Beverly Hills home of businessman Lee Samson the night before.
Early Saturday morning, supporters lined the streets near Pacific Coast Highway and Jamboree Road to catch a glimpse of Trump's motorcade, which arrived shortly before 1 p.m.
Ticket prices for the Newport Beach event ranged from $3,300 to $100,000 per person.
About 400 people attended the fundraiser, held at the Harbour Island home of health insurance company co-founder John Ward, his wife Kimberly Ward, and billionaire tech entrepreneur Palmer Luckey.
Supporter Blake Marnell said he drove from San Diego to Orange County to wait for Trump's arrival.

“We have a reputation as a Democratic state, and offices at the state level are held entirely by Democrats, but the fact that we have conservative enclaves throughout California is a contradiction,” Marnell said.
The event in Newport Beach was Trump's final stop in California, after holding events in San Francisco on Thursday and Beverly Hills on Friday.
The Republican presidential candidate, who was convicted on May 30 of 34 felony counts, reportedly raised $141 million in May.
The Beverly Hills event reportedly raised about $6 million, while the San Francisco event raised about $12 million. The events were hosted by venture capitalist and former PayPal executive David Sachs and his wife, Jacqueline Sachs, and venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya.
Trump has been criticized for relying on campaign funds to pay for expensive legal fees, with some estimates putting him on track to spend more than $100 million in campaign contributions by 2024, according to the Orange County Register.
Trump is scheduled to be sentenced on July 11, just days before he is scheduled to be formally announced as the GOP's presidential nominee at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
The visit will be President Trump's first to Southern California since the 2023 Anaheim Republican Convention in September.
President Joe Biden is scheduled to visit Southern California on June 15 for a major fundraiser at the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles, which is also set to feature appearances from celebrities including former President Barack Obama, George Clooney and Julia Roberts.
