A man has been arrested and charged with arson on private property after allegedly setting fire to a Cincinnati store and causing damage, according to the Cincinnati Fire Department. The incident happened just after midnight Monday at the Bob's Sunoco 8th Avenue drive-thru on West 8th Street in Price Hill. Cincinnati Fire Investigators said the fire caused more than $1,000 in damages at the west side store, which was closed at the time of the incident. Investigators allege 36-year-old Robert Justice used flammable liquid and an open flame to set fire to the garage door at the rear of the store. The fire extinguished itself and was discovered late Monday morning. Police arrested Justice on Monday. Units from the Cincinnati Fire Department and Cincinnati Police Department were on the scene investigating.
