The pop star closed out her three London shows with “Karma,” and included a special thank you to Kelsey in the lyrics.
Swift's girlfriend, Kelsey (34), arrived in a morning suit and carried Swift, who pretended to be unconscious, onto a piece of red furniture.
The US pop star then changed outfit and performed “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart” from his latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” to a screaming crowd of around 90,000.
The 34-year-old Pennsylvania native closed her three London shows with the song “Karma.”
She changed the lyrics to include a special shout-out to NFL player Kelsey, singing, “Karma's a Chiefs man, come straight home to me.”
It's a change she's made before while Kelsey was in the audience, but it still drew screams from the assembled fans.
Celebrity couple Swift and Kelsey were first reported to be dating in September 2023, and the pair have supported each other by attending soccer games and concerts together.
Swift has attended numerous NFL games, including the Super Bowl won by Kelce's team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
Meanwhile, Kelsey has been attending various of Swift's concerts and has been photographed at all three of her London shows.
On Friday, the couple met with Prince Charles and their two oldest children, and Swift posted a selfie of the encounter to her Instagram page.

The revised setlist, which was debuted at the Paris show, includes songs from their latest album, released in April.
Murals, special subway maps, a Taylor Trail and a series of events were created to celebrate her arrival in the nation's capital.
The tour comes to Dublin this weekend before Swift returns to London in August for a further five nights at Wembley Stadium.
