Whether you're calling her the reigning queen of pop, T. Swizzle, the owner of the scarf that Jake Gyllenhaal (reportedly) never gave back, or the girlfriend of that guy who won the Super Bowl, Taylor Swift has been unavoidable lately, and she's set to become even more unavoidable this week.
My advice to anyone who didn't win the 2023 Ticketmaster War is to mute the social channels of anyone who got tickets to Swift's three sold-out shows at the Aviva Stadium this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and play all of her sad songs on repeat. Either way, that's what this journalist will do, because no matter how cruel the summer, I can make it through with a broken heart. And if my tears bounce back, I can just shake them off.
She's everywhere and nowhere, and this week the Eras tour kicks off, ready or not.
Swift is due to arrive in Dublin on a private jet later this week. [insert Champagne Problems pun here]Fresh off a three-night stint at London's Wembley Stadium this past weekend, where she was joined by an unbelievable number of celebrities (see below), love her or hate her, the world is hooked on the fearless genius that is Swift, and Dublin will no doubt be enthralled by what's to come.
So, which celebrities went to see Swift at Wembley over the weekend? Plus Don't Blame Me, the list is long:
Swift's boyfriend, Travis Kelce, the Super Bowl-winning football player for the Kansas City Chiefs, not only attended all three Wembley shows, but also danced onstage with her on Sunday.
Prince William also attended her concert with their two older children and met up with Swift and Kelsey after the show, with Swift posting photos on Instagram.
But perhaps what attracted more attention were the future King's dance moves, which were caught on video during the concert — but at least he seemed to be having fun.
Tom Cruise, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher and Hugh Grant were also reported to be spotted at Wembley on Saturday night.
Barbie director Greta Gerwig was also reportedly in attendance.
Derry Girls and Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan, who is from Galway, was in attendance on Friday, as were co-stars Salma Hayek and Leslie Mann.
Zara and Mike Tindall, Erin Andrews, Charissa Thompson and Stella McCartney were also in attendance.
Also spotted at Friday's concert were Labour leader Keir Starmer, model Cara Delevingne and Queer Eye's Jonathan Van Ness.
American actress Rachel Zegler, known for her roles in “West Side Story” and the prequels to “The Hunger Games,” also attended Saturday's concert and posted about it on Twitter afterwards.
The Hunger Games actor Liam Hemsworth was also reported to be in attendance at Wembley.
Ellie Goulding and Gracie Abrams, who released the song “Us” featuring Swift on Friday, June 21, were in attendance on Sunday.
Rock legends Paul McCartney and Jon Bon Jovi also showed up to Sunday's concert.
The big question is: which celebs will be showing up to the Aviva this weekend – and where will Taylor herself be in the meantime?
