Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey are officially married.
The model and the San Francisco 49ers running back were married on Saturday at a chapel in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, and Vogue magazine published exclusive photos of the bride in her dress.
Culpo, 32, told the magazine that she designed the dress in collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana, but the aim was to create something that “felt as serious” as her engagement to McCaffrey, 28. According to Vogue, the dress featured a crew neck, long sleeves and a buttoned back, and she wore it over a 16-foot lace veil.
“I didn't want it to exude sexiness in any way,” Culpo told Vogue. “I wanted it to feel effortless and complimentary. There's a lot of stunning beauty and simplicity.”
She added, “This is the first, last and only wedding dress that I ever tried on.” The former Miss Rhode Island USA and Miss Universe also said that her and McCaffrey's “number one priority” was to get married in a church.

After the church ceremony at Watch Hill Chapel, workers with blue umbrellas hid the bride. The reception was held at the Ocean House Hotel, which was closed to the public due to the ceremony. Curtain-covered tents were set up on the lawn for the guests.
Last week, Culpo posted a series of photos on Instagram of her and McCaffrey boarding a private jet ahead of their nuptials, with flower petals lining the aisle. “Let's get started,” she wrote, adding a bride emoji. She also shared a menu printed on a card that read, “Olivia & Christian's Wedding Flight.”
Earlier in June, Culpo celebrated McCaffrey's birthday on Instagram, writing, “Happy birthday to the best thing that has ever happened to me! I can't wait to marry you.”

The couple, who have been dating since 2019, announced their engagement in April 2023. At the time, Culpo shared a series of black-and-white photos, including one of McCaffrey down on one knee.
“I tried to keep it as private as possible but word travels fast,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “I am marrying my best friend. I love you so much, my fiancé.”

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight in 2022, Culpo explained why she broke her rule of not dating other athletes after previously dating Ryan Lochte, Tim Tebow and Danny Amendola.
“He's the best. I feel like he has everything I want,” she says, “so I don't have to worry about anything. No offense, but I think that's why I don't want to date an athlete, because there's a reputation there.”
