Glastonbury Festival is one of the world's longest-running music festivals (it first took place in the summer of 1970), and it has a decades-long history of noteworthy outfits from the celebrities who attend. Like Coachella, the UK-based festival has established a signature aesthetic throughout its 53-year run, with the likes of Kate Moss, Sienna Miller, and Alexa Chung contributing to it (Moss's 2005 belted minidress and Hunter mud boots combo remains a fashion blueprint to this day). And this year, from June 26 to June 30, stars like Florence Pugh, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Dua Lipa continued the festival's style streak with a string of enviable outfits.
As seen this weekend, Glastonbury's A-list attendees are rocking easy-going summer staples with cool-girl flair: distressed band tees, metallic mini dresses, Penny Lane coats, and, of course, Hunter rain boots. Pugh was one of the first fashion muses to show off her own take on festival fashion, teaming a translucent black gown with Dr. Martens. The morning after her Glastonbury headline performance, Lipa was photographed in a leather-heavy look with combat boots from The Attico. And Glastonbury champion Chong looked pretty coquette in a yellow slip dress from celeb-favorite label Doon, which, shockingly, is still available to buy.
