The 43-year-old claimed he had a martini after being pulled over by a police officer for running a stop sign and swerving in Sag Harbor, New York on June 17, 2024. (He pleaded not guilty to DUI.) In the days after the incident, fans re-brought up a 2001 Budweiser ad featuring JT and other members of his band 'NSync promoting responsible drinking.

The pop star (now 30), who was just 19 when he was arrested in a Miami neighborhood in 2014 on suspicion of DUI, drag racing, driving without a license and resisting arrest, had Xanax, marijuana and alcohol in his system (he pleaded guilty but avoided prison time). Seven years later, he reflected: “I wasn't proud of the situation in my life. I was hurt, unhappy, confused, angry, misled, misunderstood and angry at God.”

“I felt like I took a nap,” the 44-year-old said of her 2023 DUI (for the second time) when she was spotted leaning over the steering wheel of her car with the engine running in Los Angeles. “The police came and I went to jail because I didn't want to do all that stuff on the street.” She eventually worked out a deal to have the charges dropped and got sober.

“My world fell apart,” Tiffany said of her DUI arrest. She hasn't had a drink since.

Real Housewives The 60-year-old was ordered to three years probation and community service after crashing her car into a house while drunk driving in 2023. “I made a terrible mistake,” she later said. “I'm so grateful that I didn't hurt anyone.”

In 2013, a 44-year-old man was stopped by police after nearly crashing into a gasoline tanker. He failed a breathalyzer test, pleaded not guilty and was given three years' probation. I'll ride through “This is a wake up call for me. I need to be smarter and last night I failed to do that,” the star wrote on social media. “Everything happens for a reason.”

It was scary! As part of her community service for a 2007 DUI arrest, the 39-year-old had to visit hospitals to meet with people who had been injured in DUI accidents. “I can't think of what I did,” she said. “I'll never do that again.” And yet, in 2008, she was jailed for violating her probation, later revealing that her best friend had done her makeup before her arrest photo!
