The climax of the Ambani Merchant wedding reception has finally arrived.
Last weekend, a sangeet (music night) celebration to mark the Ambani wedding brought together Bollywood celebrities, who performed to songs by global singer Justin Bieber.
Guests at the chic sangeet soiree looked like Indian royalty in traditional attire, and head of the sartorial department were the Ambani women, who looked radiant in their own couture ensembles.
First up was billionaire heiress Isha Ambani, who wore a bespoke Schiaparelli sari designed by Daniel Roseberry especially for the occasion. Pairing a royal blue sari with a sculptural silver blouse, the outfit was contemporary yet traditional, fitting for the Ambani daughter.
Shloka Ambani (daughter-in-law) took inspiration from the Bollywood archives. Dressed in a 2024 version of the iconic outfit from the K3G song “Bole Chudiyan,” Shloka also got the nod from Kareena Kapoor Khan, an OG wearer of the lehenga. Both outfits, designed by designer Manish Malhotra, felt timeless despite being two decades apart.
Bride Radhika Merchant naturally changed outfits twice that night. Her first look was a pastel-hued, heavy-duty lehenga by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. For the rest of the afterparty with JB, Radhika opted for a metallic chainmail sari by Manish Malhotra.
Not to be outdone by the Ambanis, the rest of the Bollywood clan was a match for glamour. From Kiara Advani in a corseted saree by Tarun Tahiliani to Alia Bhatt in Faraz Manan, the actors flaunted some serious style.
Let's take a look at the celebs who were the best dressed at the Ambani wedding sangeet night.
