“I immediately tried to reach out to her through a mutual friend. My publicist reached out to her manager and I sent her a direct message because I didn't know what was going on. I didn't know!” Candace responded in an Instagram video. [JoJo] Actually, you didn't want to tell me [what had happened] Because she said it was so silly, and she felt so sorry, and it was no big deal. But she said, “I want you to know that. Fuller House When I was 11, we were all on the red carpet at a premiere, and I came up to you and I said, 'Can I take a picture with you?' And you said, 'Not now.' And then I started taking pictures with other people on the red carpet like I always do.”
She said she apologized to JoJo, and that JoJo told her, “No, you weren't being mean. I get it now that I'm an adult. A lot of things happen on the red carpet and you get pulled in all different directions. But I was 11 years old at the time.”
“I told JoJo that I've always been grateful for her positive attitude throughout her life and career and for being a great role model. She still is,” Candace said. Full house I watched it to go to sleep and it's a comforting show for her, so we went through all the emotions and everything was fine and there was no drama.”
JoJo later told Page Six, “I had a rough experience when I was little. I was 11 and I was a huge fan of hers and I wanted to take a picture with her and it wasn't a good time for her. Just because I had a rough experience doesn't mean she's a terrible person. It was just a bad time for her and I think 11-year-old me was just super excited and thrilled, but that doesn't mean she's the worst person.”
