Celebrity endorsements attract attention, and politicians know it.
President Joe Biden, a Democrat who has traditionally enjoyed Hollywood backing, has had little support from enthusiastic celebrities until now, but the party's new presumptive nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, has brought a tsunami of celebrity support.
A source close to the Harris campaign said the team could not cope with the constant calls from so many celebrities, CNN reported.
