About two months after announcing their relationship, Christian Nodal and Angela Aguilar have tied the knot.
The two Mexican singers released two photos from their Wednesday wedding in a joint Instagram post on Thursday. In the first photo, Nodal, 25, and Aguilar, 20, can be seen sharing a tender kiss.
Aguilar's father, singer Pepe Aguilar, shared more photos from the wedding in an emotional Instagram post, congratulating the newlyweds on their romantic milestone.
“There is uncertainty about a decision as transcendental and as public as yours, when you are still young and in the learning phase of your life,” Pepe wrote in Spanish. “In a decision like this, there may be a logical uncertainty about the unknown, but anything can happen.”
He added, “Always remember that nothing truly worthwhile is ever easy. It never is. But true love does exist.”

According to Billboard, Nodal and Aguilar married in a private ceremony at a ranch in Morelos, Mexico.
Speculation about the couple's wedding emerged on social media on Wednesday after photos and videos of the wedding, including images of Nodal and Aguilar in wedding dresses, circulated.
Aguilar wore a long-sleeved white dress with embroidery, while Nordal wore an off-white suit and black tie.
Nodal and Aguilar's marriage comes after a highly publicized romance that drew attention following Nodal's recent split with Argentine rapper and singer, Kazoo.

In an exclusive interview with Hola! in June, Nodal and Aguilar confirmed their relationship and shared photos showing their courtship blossoming.
“This is not a new relationship, it's a continuation of a story where life made us stop, grow and miss each other,” the singers told the magazine, “because when we broke up, we grew even closer.”
The announcement comes just two weeks after Nodal and Kazoo revealed they had split in an emotional social media post. The couple are expecting a daughter in September 2023.

Nordal spoke about his relationship with Aguilar in a lengthy Instagram video, denying cheating rumors surrounding his previous relationship with Kazoo.
“There was no infidelity,” Nordal said. “Love can go wrong, but I'm having a beautiful experience with the woman I love and a love that took many years to develop.”

Aguilar spoke about his relationship with Nodal in an interview with Quien newspaper in June.
The Grammy-nominated singer said she didn't want the public attention to “take away from me the opportunity to be where I am right now,” adding that she “never had the opportunity to feel this way, live my dreams and grow like this.”
Aguilar also reflected on how growing up in a celebrity family influenced her decision to go public with her relationship.
“I'm the daughter of Pepe Aguilar and the granddaughter of (Mexican singer) Flor Silvestre. If there's one thing my parents taught me, it's that you have to live your truth and sing your love,” Aguilar said. “I've received a lot of criticism in my life, and my parents lived that way too, so I've always lived a very private life. They've been married for 27 years, and the only thing people know about them is when they appear on the red carpet.”

Public relationships come with scrutiny, but Aguilar has rejected criticism of her relationship with Nodal.
“I don't need people to know my truth because I feel like if I explain it, it's going to make me guilty of something I didn't do,” Aguilar said. “I don't care if people talk or say what they want to say. I know who I am and I know the important people in my life.”
