The trip to Philadelphia will be Biden's third trip to Pennsylvania this week as he prepares for a rematch with former President Donald Trump in the 2024 general election.

Biden also stopped by Sheetz.a convenience store headquartered in Altoona, Pennsylvania, joined Pittsburgh-area leaders to purchase sandwiches for construction workers.
