- Mark Zuckerberg must really love chain necklaces.
- Meta Chief wore a rapper-style outfit to Saturday's UFC event.
- He then wore a similar outfit on Thursday to unveil Meta's new AI product.
Mark Zuckerberg isn't done channeling his inner Eminem yet.
Mr. Zuckerberg wore a navy blue T-shirt and chain necklace as he unveiled his company's latest AI product on Thursday.
“Big AI news today,” Zuckerberg said in a video posted to Instagram.
But while Mr. Zuckerberg may have wanted to promote Meta's new product, people on social media were wondering about something else: the billionaire's newfound swag of rappers and “Mob Sick.” I found myself drawn to what seemed like love.
“Zac seems like the type of guy who would steal your girlfriend, deeply regret it, and then try to help you get her back,” one person wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday.
Others, however, wondered if Zuckerberg could take his new look to the next level by growing a beard. This was after a certain time his fabricated image It quickly spread on social media.
“Bearded Zack will be world emperor within months, if not weeks,” said another. I have written At X.
Zuckerberg showed off his new look on Saturday while attending the UFC 300 event with his wife Priscilla Chan. At the UFC event, Chan channeled her “yakuza wife” aesthetic in an all-black outfit with a gold necklace.
To be sure, Zuckerberg isn't the only billionaire to reinvent their style.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has come a long way since stepping down as CEO of the e-commerce giant.
In addition to being super fit, Bezos also makes a lot of bold fashion choices with his fiance Lauren Sanchez. The two attracted attention when they showed off their “mob chic” looks at the Dolce & Gabbana party during Milan Fashion Week in January.
The rapid change in the clothing choices of tech giants Bezos and Zuckerberg reflects a growing taste for flashy luxury.
Over the past year, Zuckerberg has ditched his outdated uniform of gray T-shirts and hoodies for more adventurous choices, including a brown shearling jacket. And she seems keen to swap fashion tips with her billionaire siblings.
“Jersey swap,” he wrote on Instagram last month, along with a photo of him exchanging jackets with NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang.
Representatives for Mr. Zuckerberg at Meta did not immediately respond to Business Insider's request for comment outside of normal business hours.
