The first round of the NFL Draft is Roger Goodell's show. Yes, the focus of the night will be on the players, but Goodell is among all 32 picks as the NFL's most powerful man welcomes the league's next generation of stars.
As usual, Goodell will take a step back when the second day of the draft begins on Friday. NFL Vice President of Football Operations Troy Vincent runs the show, but he only announces a handful of players. The rest of the work is done by a host of guests, from current and former players to outright celebrities.
Two of the Lions' greatest players are in line to receive arguably the loudest cheers of the weekend in Detroit. Calvin Johnson and Barry Sanders both took to the stage to announce one of the Lions' two picks on Day 2, an opportunity to welcome two legends to their rabid fan base. give.

The list provided by the NFL is unlikely to be a complete list of celebrity picks, as popular video game streamer Mr. Sketch has already announced that he will announce one of the Texans' picks. Houston could join Christian Harris with the 42nd or 59th pick, but Sketch may have to wait until Day 3 for that moment.
For the time being, the Vikings are the only team without a second-day pick, so they have no plans to bring in any guest picks. They traded the No. 42 pick to the Texans for an additional first-round pick in the March deal.
