Florida Southern University Names First Class of Presidential Ambassadors

LAKELAND, Fla. , May 7, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Florida Southern College has selected 15 individuals to represent the College and exemplify its values of academic excellence, leadership, and service. We proudly announce the first batch of Presidential Ambassadors, a select group of students.
Presidential Ambassadors are nominated by Florida Southern College faculty and staff and selected by a confidential team of campus judges. The student's term is 15 months and he can renew his term until he graduates from Southern College. Ambassadors serve as official representatives of the College and participate in important events, initiatives, and programs to promote the College's mission and values.
These student leaders play an important role in fostering a sense of community and engagement within and outside the university, working closely with university administrators, faculty, staff, and alumni to improve the overall student experience at Florida Southern College. We will cooperate.
