There are a lot of great celebrities from New Jersey, but not everyone loves them all.
At least we don't love them all equally. While we're proud of all of the Garden State's notables, we had some interesting questions for New Jersey residents.

The name at the top of the list was quite a surprise
There were many New Jersey residents who mentioned the entire cast of The Real Housewives.

And speaking of cast, the cast of Jersey Shore was also well represented in your vote. Every star from New Jersey seemed to get a vote.
We were still shocked at which celebrity from the Garden State received more votes than any other celebrity. Perhaps he will be the same celebrity who would receive the most votes as the most popular celebrity in New Jersey history.

It's hard to believe, but even harder to report, but the celebrity who received more votes than anyone else was none other than the Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen.
Heather's comment echoed what a surprising number of people have said.

We must stand with a man who brought joy to so many New Jerseyans and made our entire state proud.
But when you become famous, you start hearing things from both sides. Just for the record, the Jersey Shore cast came in second place in the voting.
