AEW star Jeff Jarrett was heavily involved in WCW when the decision was made to award the WCW World Heavyweight Championship to actor David Arquette. Jarrett would win the title from Arquette just 12 days later, and while the damage to WCW's reputation would be severe, some look back on it fondly today. In a recent episode of My World, Jarrett revealed which celebrities he thinks have the most potential to become wrestling stars.

“I feel very strongly that if we could get Taylor Swift to have a female title, we'd see higher buy rates and higher ratings,” Jarrett said. “I mean, they did a roast of Tom Brady. Can you imagine if Tom decided to do a one-off?”
Jarrett revealed that he was mostly joking, but surprisingly, the AEW star actually has a connection to Swift. The pop star once babysat Jarrett's children, and Jarrett once called Swift a “family friend.” However, Jarrett and his co-host Conrad Thompson seem convinced that Swift's boyfriend, NFL tight end Travis Kelce, is the one most eager to get into pro wrestling.
“I’ll take Travis. [Kelce] then he can come [wrestle] “In an AEW ring,” Jarrett continued. “And Karen, she'll definitely get a backdrop from Taylor if she needs it.”

Kelce is a member of the Kansas City Chiefs, who have won the last two Super Bowls. Swift started dating the NFL star last year, and their relationship has been a hot topic among football fans and pop music fans alike. While Swift and Kelce appearing in AEW is overkill to say the least, Jarrett noted how much attention it would inevitably bring to the young promotion.
