Traitors has finally announced the cast for season three of the reality TV show's star guests who are gearing up to compete to be the last one standing.
Alan Cumming will return to Peacock's hit competition series, “hosting 21 big names who compete in a series of missions for a chance to win a cash prize of up to $250,000,” according to the official synopsis.
“There are traitors among the loyalists whose goal is to eliminate the loyalists and take the bounty for themselves,” it continues.
“Under cover of darkness, the traitor kills one by one the loyalists, who then try to find and remove the traitor from the game. If the loyal players manage to remove all the traitors, they split the prize money, but if the traitor is the last one standing, he or she steals the entire prize.”
Last season, with actor CT Tamburello Real World: Las Vegas Graduating student Trishelle Cannatella received the award.
In the announcement video released on June 5, Cumming can be seen sitting in front of a fireplace and beginning to unfold an envelope similar to the ones given to contestants.
“The new season Traitors “The cast is finally out,” he said, reading off the list, which included names such as model and actor Sam Asghari, the ex-husband of Britney Spears, and Bravo star Tom Sandoval.
