Who doesn't want to look and feel like a beautiful celebrity when they dress up? You all know by now that I love all things BRAVO network (The Real Housewives), reality TV, celebrity gossip, fashion, and more. The other day, I was browsing a bit on Instagram and a beautiful dress worn by a celebrity caught my eye. To be honest, it really caught my attention.
The Instagram account belongs to Laura's Boutique & Bridal and I had the pleasure of speaking with the boutique's owner, Laura Rudovic, who is dedicated to making everyone feel beautiful, whether they're a celebrity or an average Hudson Valley resident.
How did Laura's Boutique & Bridal in Carmel get started?
Laura said it had always been her dream to open a boutique, and she has been open since 2021. She said what she loves most about her job is working closely with her amazing clients and being able to design their outfits for their most memorable days. When you style someone for an event like a wedding or prom, you truly become a part of their special day and I can only imagine that they will never forget you.
Laura said that styling comes very naturally to her and that she has a keen sense of trends and what flatters someone's look (which are all very important, by the way).
What beauty advice is Laura of Laura's Boutique & Bridal giving to the Hudson Valley?
I asked her: Everyone needs advice on how to look their best and feel confident.
Laura said,
“If you feel good in a dress, you'll look good.”
That's so true, well said.
