Avery Grace Seehorn, the 18-year-old daughter of former “Law & Order” star Angie Harmon, is facing felony charges following an alleged incident at a bar in Charlotte, North Carolina, earlier this month.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police allege Seehorn and two others entered World Nightclub on June 5 and stole six bottles of liquor valued at $500, according to an arrest warrant reviewed Monday by USA Today.
Police said surveillance video showed the suspects entering the building, going behind the counter and stealing liquor bottles. They were stopped by a cleaning staff member and then allegedly fled. Sehorn and one of the other suspects were later stopped nearby by security and arrested, according to the arrest warrant.
According to court documents reviewed by USA Today on Monday, Seehorn was charged with felony trespass and theft. She was released on a bond to appear in court, and a hearing is scheduled for June 28.
USA TODAY has reached out to Harmon's representatives for comment.

In a statement to People magazine, Harmon's attorney, George V. LaFranc II, said, “Mr. Harmon has a deep respect for and faith in the criminal justice system and looks forward to his daughter's day in court where the truth can be told by the witnesses to this incident.”
The statement continued, “The defendants and their legal team are confident the truth will come out and are once again focused on presenting what actually happened, not conclusions or speculation from outside sources. We will refrain from further comment until the day of court and ask that their privacy be respected.”
Seehorn is Harmon's second daughter with former husband, former NFL player Jason Seehorn. The couple, who announced their separation in 2014, already have two daughters together: Finley Faith, 20, and Emery Hope, 15.
According to an Instagram post shared by Harmon on June 2, Seehorn graduated from high school this month.
“Avery, we are all so proud of you! You overcame obstacles, overcame, excelled and shone bright with the stars,” Harmon wrote in the caption. “Remember to leave any place better than when you arrived. We are all so excited to see what God has planned for you!”
