The first Subway Series game of the season between the Yankees and Mets featured a host of notable people from all walks of life at Citi Field on Tuesday night.
Former Mets Matt Harvey and Mike Piazza were also in attendance, along with Gary Sheffield, Dwight Gooden and Darryl Strawberry, who played for both New York teams.
Celebrities Kenny Smith, Guy Fieri, Mike Francesa and Bill O'Reilly also traveled from Queens to watch the game.
The 2024 NBA Draft was also featured at the game, with Kentucky guard Reed Shepard, projected by many to be a top-five pick, throwing the first pitch.
Stars and celebrities turned out to watch the all-encompassing Subway Series battle, which the Mets won 9-7.
The Amazings took a big lead, hitting four home runs off Yankees ace Gerrit Cole, who gave up six runs in just four innings.
But Mets fans had to sweat it out after Aaron Judge hit a grand slam in the eighth inning to put the Yankees within two runs, 9-7, and the Amazings won the first of two games at Citi Field by that score.
Judge, who had five RBIs despite taking the loss, currently leads MLB in home runs (29) and RBIs (75), but it wasn't enough for the Yankees, who are struggling at 3-7 in their past 10 games.
