Jennifer Lopez is all set to enjoy a fun-filled Fourth of July weekend with her best friend Emme Muniz. The singer was on the road to join the national celebration with her daughter and close friends, and shared with her followers that she's ready to hit the road and have some fun.
The mini-vacation saw the singer travel to New York, she noted in an Instagram post, where she not only greeted her fans by writing “Bon Dia” in Portuguese, but also revealed that she was heading “hometown.”
The actress was beaming and smiling as she soaked up the sun in the back of a convertible with Emme and a friend, as they soaked up the breeze and holiday freedom and looked forward to a family party filled with food, music and fireworks.
JLo got into the holiday spirit in a breezy halter top emblazoned with the colors of the flag, and the Bronx songstress looked happy to be sharing some quality time with her 16-year-old daughter, who was captured on camera by her mom as she smiled and sang along during the drive.
Staying true to her trademark style, Emme wore a plaid shirt layered over a white t-shirt, and her loose curls, tortoiseshell glasses, and ever-present headphones perfectly complemented her laid-back vibe.
