The video above is Million Dollar Properties in Los Angeles In the season 15 premiere, which aired on July 10, real estate agents Josh Flagg, Josh Altman and Tracy Tutor discuss how they navigated a “challenging market” in Los Angeles, California, which led them to branch out into other markets.
“Sales have dropped off in Los Angeles, so we're increasing sales in Texas and Orange County,” Tracy said in an interview.
Meanwhile, Altman also spoke about the company's new Newport Beach office in Orange County: “No matter how much our sales have gone down in Los Angeles, we've increased them in Newport,” he explained.
Later in the episode, Josh attends Tracy's trade show in Orange County. — And he had some ideas.

“Tracy's my girl,” he began, confessing, “and I don't mind all the L.A. superstars coming over and getting all packed up on the beach.”
Josh added with a grin, “When the king goes somewhere, the people follow.”
In an interview on June 27th Daily DishBut Josh, Really What was it like expanding into Orange County, where Tracy set up shop in 2020?
“Everything is going well. There's plenty of room,” he said. “We're kind of steering in a league of our own. If she wants to be there, that's great.”
Josh's wife, Heather Altman, who was with him during the interview, added, “It's always fun to see familiar faces and when you run into Tracy it's always a pleasure to work with her.”
Tracy Tutor talks about expanding into Texas
Tracy also Daily Dish In a June 24 interview, he spoke more about moving market from Los Angeles.
“I'm really excited to be entering new markets, Dallas and Austin, Texas. I have a great team of agents there who are really successful. We've been able to bring a new way of doing business to Texas,” she said. “I think I'm one of the first big agents to land in Texas and have had success, and we can provide them with a lot more exposure, which is great.”
She continued, “I love Texas, so it was exciting to enter a new and different market.” [There are] Various niche markets along the coast [of California]but [it’s] It's still California.”
