As COO, Montgomery will be responsible for overseeing all recruiting operations with a focus on streamlining operations and increasing automation to support the company's goals and deliver a superior product to customers, as well as improving management systems, processes and best practices within the recruiting execution team.

Prior to joining Slone Partners, Montgomery spent over nine years at Morgan Samuels, where she most recently served as Senior Engagement Director. In this role, Montgomery led recruiting teams across a variety of client engagements, focusing on client management and employee career development. Earlier in her career, she worked at her alma mater as an academic recruiter and later a senior recruiter, building student transfer admissions programs and driving market growth and strategy.
