Celebrities are in shock as England's defeat means the Euro 2024 trophy will not be coming home again.
The team lost 1-2 to Spain in a heated final that saw the winning goal scored in the 87th minute.
It was only the second time since 2021 that England had come close to winning a soccer final, the previous being their World Cup triumph in 1966.
Prince William watched the England match from the stands with his son Prince George and Prime Minister Keir Starmer, with Prince George holding his hands over his face in disbelief and showing his horror at England's defeat.
But King Charles has since spoken “with pride” to his football team.
Olly Murs, Piers Morgan and Rob Beckett were in attendance at the match at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, along with former One Direction members Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson.
Comedian Beckett joked that he had “left his wife and kids behind” on a family trip to watch England play. He explained that he had been on holiday with his family in Greece but “left my wife and kids behind” to watch the final.
But returning home after the defeat he appeared solemn and dejected.
Beckett's friend Lloyd Griffiths shared a picture of the pair on a train packed with football fans, joking: “We're going home. See you in 2026.”
Meanwhile, “Heart Skips A Beat” singer Mars was seen holding his head in his hands as he was devastated by the loss.
“After losing the Euros and realising I had to fly from Berlin to Zurich before flying back to London,” he wrote in an Instagram caption. “A massive thank you to everyone for the hospitality and for letting me experience this unforgettable evening!”

The final featured musicians and television personalities as well as familiar football figures such as former England player Peter Crouch, Wales player Gareth Bale and legendary Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
Fans were split between pride at their country's progress and disappointment and frustration that their team had been “shit”.
“No one should be proud, shame on the players and manager, only won 2 games in 90 minutes, Southgate should quit,” wrote one angry fan.
“England were the worst,” wrote another.
But others wrote: “England you have made us proud” and “Well done you guys well done.”
Irish fans celebrated Spain's victory and shared their joy at England's defeat by playing Spanish music all night in Dublin bars. To add to the confusion, England fans were seen shouting “We want Jay Slater back” outside a pub where the match was being broadcast, following the disappearance of Jay Slater, the teenager who went missing in Spain.
A number of celebrities, including Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding and Katy Perry, wished the team good luck before the match.
