Alison Hammond is set to star in a new BBC entertainment series that sees her spend 48 hours with some of Britain's best-loved celebrities.
The move to the BBC comes just a month after the 49-year-old presenter was “scorned” by ITV bosses when Cat Deeley and Ben Shepherd took over the main show on This Morning. Ta.
Television personality Alison Hammond, who continues to host This Morning on Fridays and appear on the holiday cover with Dermot O'Leary, will star in a new six-part series, Alison Hammond's Big Weekend. It allows fans to visit the stars' homes and get a glimpse into their fascinating lives.

Alison said she plans to “turn over every stone and cupboard” to explore celebrity gossip during the series, which will air on BBC One and iPlayer in 2025.

In March, Alison broke her silence about This Morning's new host after being “snubbed” by ITV bosses.
She hosts 'This Morning' alongside Dermot on Fridays, as well as hosting other big shows such as 'The Great British Bake Off' and 'For the Love of Dogs'.
Alison has reportedly been offered a big pay rise to replace Holly Willoughby to front This Morning four times a week, but the role has now been taken up by Cat Deeley and Ben Shepherd. .
