Dylan Alcott showed off his bulging biceps as he hit the gym for an intense workout with celebrity trainer Jono Castano on Tuesday.
Three-time Paralympic gold medalist Jono, 33, sweatdropped in a video shared to his Instagram Stories.
In the first clip, the former Australian of the Year worked his muscles on battle ropes, before moving into push-ups on a press-up bar in the second clip.
Jono, 33, was by Dylan's side, watching him perform strong reps and encouraging him.
As if to demonstrate his mental fortitude, Dylan stuck his tongue out at the camera before fighting off as his arms began to shake.
The incident comes just days after Dylan led the stars at last Wednesday's media call for The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
He was the narrator to promote the new season of the show, which will run at Sydney's Theater Royal from March 31st to April 17th.
Comedian Peter Hellier will take over the role from the former wheelchair tennis star from April 18 until the show ends on May 5.
Dylan announced his shocking career change last December, saying he was extremely excited about his new acting role.
“I'm so excited to be a part of this amazing production of this iconic show,” he said in a statement at the time.
“I couldn’t think of a better opportunity for my first theater production and I’m so grateful. I can’t wait to get to work and hit the Sydney stages!”
In addition to Dylan, the cast includes a number of veteran actors, including Jason Donovan, who plays the lead role of Frank N. Furter.
Other well-known Australians who take on the role of narrator on the show tour are Newcastle's Myf Warhurst and Melbourne's Joel Creasey.
Dylan has previously expressed interest in pursuing a career in acting.
Last July, it was announced that he would make a cameo appearance in the upcoming season 4 of the Stan series “Bump.”
