Institute for Family Business holds workshop on talent attraction and retention

Family Business Research Institute We will be holding a workshop titled “Supercharging your family business: Attracting and retaining strategic talent.” Thursday, March 14th from 3pm to 5pmin, university business center.

Dr. Christian Wanderer, associate professor at Fresno State University, organizational psychologist and consultant, shares strategies and best practices for effectively attracting and retaining talent for family businesses.
