If you've ever dreamed of booking a Broadway show, signing a deal with a professional sports league, being the CEO of your own company, or hosting a show on national television, there's more to it than making it big. You may have spent some time imagining the many benefits. : professional fulfillment, personal pride, critical acclaim, and, of course, a solid paycheck. And in some ways, fantasizing about what you'll do with that first large amount of money can be just as exciting as actually doing it.
So we asked 15 famous people who have achieved success as business owners, actors, screenwriters, authors, and more. — Tell us about their splurge when they finally hit it big. Some went the classically flashy route with gold jewelry, bottles of champagne, and designer sunglasses. But many of them opted for more everyday luxuries, like buttery bed sheets, hardcover books, and really nice toilets.
While some of the celebrities we spoke to resented the idea of having “made it”, all were happy to get the items they had dreamed of getting for themselves. Shared and thankfully finally made it happen.

“I had just sold my business and was at a mall in Dallas when I saw this amazing glittery bag in the store. I couldn't afford to pay retail for an $1,800 bag. It wasn't something I could buy casually. I asked my business manager if I could afford it, and it's meant a lot to me ever since.”

“In the mid-'90s, when I first made enough money as a model, I bought a pair of diamond earrings for about $700, which I still wear to this day.
