AmerCareRoyal (ACR) has come a long way since its founding in 2016 through the merger of Amercare, LLC and Royal Paper Products, Inc.
Its products range from U.S. chain restaurants such as Five Guys, Tim Hortons and Yum Brands to major food distributors. Today, ACR is a single stream resource for his more than 6,000 disposable products used in the food service, cleaning, hygiene, industrial, hospitality and medical industries.

As Jeff DeSandre, ACR's chief integration officer, explains, what's especially remarkable about this organization is that it's greater than the sum of its parts.
“The eight acquisitions we made to create ACR add up to less than our current total revenue,” he explains. “The work being done here allows for synergies. Most of the organic growth is part of this acquisitive growth, and the sum of the components is much smaller than where we are today. I think that's very interesting.”
