Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are officially divorced.
After Grande filed for divorce the previous month, their marital dissolution was settled in October 2023, and the former couple's divorce was finalized in March 2024.
Rumors of Selena and Grande dating first sparked in 2020 when Grande was spotted kissing a mystery man in Los Angeles, who was later confirmed to be a luxury real estate agent. The couple announced their engagement in December 2020 and married in an intimate ceremony at their Montecito home in May 2021.
“They have great chemistry,” a source told People magazine after the nuptials. “Dalton is unfazed by her celebrity status and has been such a rock-solid presence for her. He's young but mature and knows what he wants out of life.”

He is a luxury real estate agent.
Gomez is a Los Angeles-based real estate agent who currently serves as Director of Real Estate for the Aaron Kirman Group, a luxury real estate firm, where he works with a prestigious clientele.
According to the company's website, Gomez has seven years of experience in the luxury real estate market, including his first three years in the industry as Director of Operations for Aaron Kirman Group, where he “managed all day-to-day operations of one of the top luxury real estate teams in Los Angeles.”
He is from California
Gomez was born and raised in Southern California, but it's unclear which city he's from.
He has some famous friends
In 2017, Gomez shared a photo on her Instagram of her hanging out with Miley Cyrus (among other friends). Instagram Stories With the caption “Bad boy.”
He had an Instagram account, but it has now been deleted.
The real estate agent had his own Instagram account but made it private shortly after reports of his relationship with Grande became public. His profile picture was a black-and-white photo of him and Grande, and she followed him on social media.
On Valentine's Day 2023, Grande shared a glimpse into Gomez's social media accounts by reposting a photo Gomez had shared on her Instagram Story. People magazine confirmed the couple's relationship in March 2020. A month earlier, TMZ reported that Grande had been spotted kissing a stranger near Los Angeles, who the magazine later confirmed was Gomez.
A source told People magazine that Grande and Gomez have been dating privately for about two months, while another source said the pair are currently quarantining together at the singer's Los Angeles home.
“Ariana is at home with friends. She's taking self-isolation very seriously and has been spending many days with the same group of people,” the source said. “One of the people she's with now is Dalton. They've been together for a few months. Ariana wants to keep this private as she doesn't want a public relationship, but she seems very happy with Dalton.”
He appeared in Grande and Justin Bieber's music video for the song “Stuck With U.”
On May 8, 2020, Grande and Justin Bieber released a duet and music video called “Stuck With U”, which was filmed on an iPhone and featured footage of fans and other celebrities who were self-isolating at home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Just two months after their relationship was confirmed, Gomez made a surprise cameo in the video, where she was seen embracing and dancing with Grande.

On December 20, 2020, nearly a year after they started dating, Grande announced her engagement to Gomez on Instagram. The post included photos of the couple as well as Grande's oval diamond and pearl engagement ring. “Forever and Beyond,” Grande captioned the series of photos.

Two days after the wedding, it was revealed that Grande and Gomez, who were 27 and 25, respectively, were married.

On May 26, Grande shared photos on Instagram from their wedding day, which saw the couple's home filled with candles and white flowers, with Gomez wearing a Tom Ford suit and Grande wearing a custom Vera Wang gown. Grande's Instagram caption also confirmed that the official wedding date is May 15, 2021.
Gomez and Grande celebrated their second wedding anniversary in May 2023.

The former couple finalized the terms of their divorce in October 2023. Grande agreed to pay Gomez a lump sum of $1.25 million and split the proceeds from the sale of their former Los Angeles home. The divorce was finalized in March 2024, according to a report by the Associated Press.
In July 2023, a source confirmed to People magazine that the couple had split earlier in the year. In September 2023, Grande officially filed for divorce.
