The former I'm A Celebrity winner slammed the show because “I don't even know half the cast anymore.”
The TV star was paid £50,000 to appear in the Australian outback and was named King of the Jungle in 2007.
However, Christopher Biggins believes the days of I'm A Celeb are over and has called on ITV to pull the show.
Appearing on the My Dirty Laundry podcast, Biggins said: “I'm watching it now and it's funny. I don't know half the people on it.”
“I mean, I'm a celebrity…get me out of here is the wrong word,” he said. “And I think they should put that to rest in a way, because I think it's time.”
He hastily added: “But it's been really great. Of course Ant and Dec is a great, very, very smart show. I mean, it's very smart in a lot of ways.”
Biggins added that after appearing on the show, he “started to make a lot of money” from appearances and opportunities.
“The only thing is, you only watch one hour out of 24 hours, so it's very boring,” he said.
“So there are endless scenes of people doing nothing, just lying around and trying to have a conversation with their bored housemates.
“But if you win, it's incredible. It changes your life, it changes your career, and it certainly happened to me. And it was really amazing.”
During the chat, he also admitted that he found himself frequently clashing with model Janice Dickinson, branding her “terrible.”
Janice and Biggins were the last two stars remaining in the series before Biggins won.
“She didn't lose in a good way, but she hasn't done anything since then so I can't complain,” he swiped.
“All I can say is she was pretty awful.”
