Sir Ian McKellen's pub, The Grapes, has been recognized as the highest-reviewed celebrity venture on Google, according to a recent survey.
The study, conducted by experts at Wealth of Geeks, looked at UK hospitality businesses that are owned or invested in by celebrities.
We then rated the properties based on their average total percentage of excellent reviews on Google Reviews.
The Grapes, the Limehouse pub run by legendary actor Sir Ian, came out on top.
This property ranks higher than its competitors, scoring a whopping 72.17% with excellent reviews.
This popular pub has a rich history and is one of the oldest in London.
Respected author Charles Dickens was a frequent visitor to The Grapes and paid homage to the site by featuring it in his novel Our Mutual Friend.
Wealth of Geeks research takes a closer look at the various side hustles that British celebrities engage in.
Other topside events included Charlotte Church's Retreat, Wales' Dreaming and Hakim Ziyech's Taco Taco.
A spokesperson for Wealth of Geeks said: “Celebrity-owned properties on the side are emerging as a notable trend in the hospitality industry, and it's interesting to see where the public thinks they're best rated. ” he said.
“The range of celebrities who have entered the hospitality industry ranges from football legends to musicians and actors, which shows how attractive it is as a business opportunity.
“But it's also a risk, because bad reviews from customers can not only influence people's opinions of the establishment, but also tarnish a celebrity's brand and persona.
“Therefore, the celebrities who appear at the top of this list will be pleased that their side hustle is proving popular with the public.”
